Bundle prices include labour and standard materials and run about 10–15% below the same work booked individually — starting ranges for a typical one-bedroom unit, not a quote. Premium selections are extra; final scope and price are confirmed during the on-site assessment.

Individual services — book only what you need

Ranges include labour and standard materials (supply & install) unless the tag says otherwise — handyman time is billed hourly with materials at cost, and the appliances, fixtures, and finishes you choose set where you land in the range. Post-tenant damage — odour, pests, water, plumbing or electrical — lives under its own tab. No minimum service.
